If you receive an item that is unsatisfactory for whatever reason, please contact us. We appreciate your business and we will be happy to provide you will a refund or replacement.

We require that you contact us by e-mail within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please include your reasons for return, so that we may better serve you in the future.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
We charge a 10% restocking fee on returned items, and we cannot refund the return shipping costs.
Although not a requirement, we do recommend that you send all return mail insured, as we are not responsible for any items lost in transit.
